We love our home! I think our favorite part of the home is the view from the deck. Love it!!! I don't think I realized what a stress it was renting and living with parents. It is so nice to know that we are in a home we are purchasing and that we have made our first payment.
We have been so busy the last few weeks I don't know if I can even remember all we've done. We owe Teresa and Chase a big huge thanks for watching the kids while Damon and I went to Las Vegas for a coaching clinic. That is the first time we've left them overnight for more than one night. I was so stressed the whole time. I didn't realize how much I was going to miss those little stinkers. Teresa told me that she found out exactly how we do things at home because Cole was so persistent with "our way". I have now found out how Teresa does things in her house that Cole liked. I have heard "That's not how Teresa does it" so many times I've lost count. It has been fun. I also noticed how much Teresa and I are alike in the way we manage behavior and our kids so that has been fun. Ellee and Luke seemed to be just fine while we were gone. It was almost as if they didn't think about it until we got back. Luke wouldn't leave my lap and just whined and cried for a couple hours. It was so sad. Talk about feeling guilty.
Damon and I are doing well. We have both adjusted pretty well to Damon's new schedule. There are still those restless nights when I have a hard time without him there, but I am getting used to it. His body has gotten used to the new schedule, but he is extremely tired when he works. We LOVE his days off!

That is seriously the sweetest picture! I can't believe how grown up Cole looks. He's still a 3 1/2 year old in my head. Eeeeek. I freaked out the other day when I realized he'd be starting Kindy this year. The twins are all grown up too. *sniff sniff* I'm SO looking forward to seeing you all!!!!!

It really was a lot of fun to have the kiddos down here. Ashlyn adores "tole." I'm glad you guys came back early and we got to hang out-I needed that sister time.
