We found out that we have a new neighbor living in the corner of our front porch-who Cole has now named Dave. Dave is a bat!!! I am completely serious. Cole really wants us to catch it so it can be our pet-like that's gonna happen. I told him it is just visiting because it needs to go back to it's real home soon (I hope!). Cole is still determined that he is ours and is in his room making it a bed right now.

Cole is too funny! I love that he named the bat Dave and is making him a bed. I guess I will have to find a way to let the gerbils down easy and let them know they can't come to stay with you because Dave moved in first. They will be so disapointed.
I think bats creep me out but I can't be sure because I have only seen them on T.V.
Ben thinks the name Dave is downright hysterical :)

Yuck, yuck, yuck! Need I say more (of course I should) Cole is too cute making DAVE (hillarious) a bed. We used to have bats that came out of Chase's office. They freak me out, almost as bad as moths-thanks Mom!
